Divi 5

Build and edit Divi 5 pages by asking Claude.

PressConduit gives your AI assistant tools for Divi 5. It changes one module at a time, builds pages from a short description, fixes phone layouts, and saves a restore point before it changes anything.

Free for one site. No credit card. Bring your own Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
What you can ask

Plain sentences, real changes.

These are the kinds of things people type. Check the result before you publish, the same as you would with a new hire.

YouChange the hero button on the home page to say "Book a call" and link to /contact.
YouCheck the services page for phone problems and fix them. Leave the desktop design alone.
YouBuild a pricing page with three plans, using my global colors and fonts.
YouHere is a screenshot of a page I like. Build it with Divi modules and compare it to my image.

Most of what you'd click through by hand.

Pages and modules

Change one module at a time: text, colors, spacing, links. Add, move, copy and delete modules. It doesn't have to rewrite the whole page to fix one button.

Loops and live content

Turn a section into a loop that repeats for each post, product or category, and show live content like a post title or a custom field.

Rules and effects

Show or hide a module by rule (logged in, on mobile, a certain date), and set up click, hover and scroll effects.

Whole-site settings

Theme Options, the Customizer, global colors, design variables, breakpoints, custom CSS and fonts, Canvases and Theme Builder templates.

Presets and library

Save and reuse styles (presets) and Divi Library items.

Moving between sites

Export a page, a Library pack, a Theme Builder setup or a site's Divi settings and load them on another site. Imports add new things. They don't overwrite what's there.

Phones and tablets

Find the mobile problems. Fix only the mobile.

Ask it to check a page for columns that never stack, headings and padding that stay desktop-sized, fixed widths wider than a phone, and rows that can't wrap.

The fix adds, it doesn't replace

It only adds tablet and phone settings. Your desktop design isn't touched, and phone settings you already made are left alone.

A phone menu

It can build a "Menu" button that opens a slide-in panel with your links, while your normal menu stays as it is on desktop.

Its limit

The check reads the page's settings, so it can't see the finished page. Ask it to look at the page at phone width too.

Building

From a screenshot or a short description.

A page from a screenshot

Paste a screenshot or mockup. It writes down each section, sets up your colors and fonts, builds with Divi modules, checks phone width, and compares the result to your image.

A page from a short description

Describe the sections, columns, headings, text, buttons and card grids. It builds the page in seconds, with columns that already stack on phones.

Divi 4 to Divi 5

It can read an old Divi 4 page and rebuild it with Divi 5's own modules. You look it over before it goes live.

Setup

About five minutes, once.

Install the plugin

Upload it in wp-admin, click Connect, and approve it.

Paste one link into your AI

Your site gets a connector link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor once.

Ask

Tell it what to change. It does the work and shows you what it did.

Every click is in the setup guide.

Questions

Good things to know first.

Does it work with Divi 4?

Divi 4 sites keep their existing shortcode tools. The Divi 5 tools above only appear on Divi 5 sites. On either, Claude can read a Divi 4 page and rebuild it with Divi 5 modules.

Will it rewrite my whole page to change one thing?

No. On Divi 5 it edits one module at a time, so fixing a button doesn't touch the rest of the page.

What does it leave to me?

API keys and account passwords never travel in an export. It can't create a split test, because Divi 5 has no screen for that. And anything you'd rather see first, it will show you before it changes.

Can I undo a change?

PressConduit saves a restore point before it changes something, and you can restore it from your dashboard. For anything big, like importing a whole Theme Builder setup, try it on a staging site first.

What if a PressConduit update breaks my site?

A rescue file puts back a working copy of PressConduit and switches it off if it can't. We crashed it on purpose on a real Divi 5 site and it came back in about 5 seconds. Sites on older versions aren't protected until they update.

Try it on one site.

It's free for one site. A restore point is saved before PressConduit changes something, so you can undo it.
