Reset or change your password

You remember your password and want a new one

1. Sign in and open Settings from the menu at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Enter your current password and the new one, then click Change password.

The new password has to be at least 8 characters.

You forgot your password

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your account email. We'll send you a link to set a new password.
3. Open the link and choose a new password.

If the email doesn't show up in a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it's not there, open a ticket and we'll sort it out.
